Vegan Banana Shake


If you are looking for some refreshing drinks for the summer or want to start eating healthy, I think this milk shake is the right first step. It is easy and fast to make. And most important is delicious!!
Here's the recipe ...
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 banana, sliced **
  • milk of your choice (I use soy milk with vanilla flavor).

Directions:
In a blender, combine banana, mando and milk. Blend until smooth***. Pour into glass and enjoy.

Notes:
* You can also use cups ice or froze your banana before making the smothie, so it’s cold.
** If you have stomach problems like colitis you can use small banana like I do.
*** The smoothnes of the consistency depends on the amount of milk you add.
